Brief Narrative: On 2/23/2024 at approximately 02:00 officers responded to 311 N Lincoln Ave in reference to a suspicious call. A reporting party advised two individuals pulled into the parking lot in a blue Chevrolet 2012 Cruz. Two individuals were seen exiting the vehicle wearing dark clothing and masks. While speaking to the reporting party two individuals matching the description provided by the reporting party were seen inside a fenced area of 923 W South Front St. kicking a door attempting enter the building. Officers gave commands to the individuals to stop and not to run. The individuals failed to follow commands and began to run. Officer formed a perimeter and a K9 track was completed. A 17 year old male was located during the track hiding in a back yard. The 17 year old was given multiple commands and failed to comply. The 17 year old male was placed under arrest and brought back to the Law Enforcement Center where a probation intake was completed. Juvenile probation determined placement for the 17 year old male.

Brief Narrative: On 02/21/24 Nehemias Vicente (25 y/o male) contacted who he believed to be a 13 year old female via social media. Nehemias asked the juvenile female to meet in person to engage in sexual intercourse. A meeting was arranged on 02/22/24 and when Nehemias arrived to have sex with the child, he was subsequently arrested for Enticement by Electronic Device
